About the Department
The Department of Physics was incepted in 2020. The department offers Physics as an undergraduate program and has optimized all available resources to enhance the quality of education. The main objective of the department is to provide a strong foundation for students in physics-centric courses. It includes theories and concepts of physics-based subjects and equips students to face the challenging world with confidence and competence.
Vision
To encourage the natural curiosity of learners at all levels, increase scientific literacy, and promote the application of physics to everyday life. To advocate science education in all classrooms, create an understanding of the value of science, and provide career guidance to students.
Mission
The mission of the department is to quench students’ thirst for physics by organizing various exciting academic and scientific activities such as developing demonstration experiments, do-it-yourself laboratories, science quizzes, talks and lectures by eminent scientists from across the country, workshops, and other enrichment programs. These initiatives aim to build leadership qualities, enhance knowledge, and create a lasting passion for science and technology.

A successful classroom design ensures that every angle is covered and creates a fantastic learning environment. Our Physics classroom provides a dynamic learning environment for the students and it is the Room to breathe and space to explore. To enhance the learning, we have well equipped and Spacious Laboratory.To support and facilitate teaching and learning, Our Department is assisted with good number of Latest Text books and Reference Books from the Central Library.
